How to Update Adjunct Faculty Degree

This document explains how SON adjunct Faculty can submit updates to their internal School of Nursing profile. Faculty may submit updates at any time via the appropriate Google Forms linked below or via email to [email protected].

 

Updating your Highest Degree may result in a different hourly rate on your contract. If you have a contract that has an incorrect highest degree, please do not sign the contract and follow the steps below. 

Update Highest Degree

The following is the process for adjunct employees to submit proof of a higher degree for administrative records as well as to ensure contracts are generated with the correct degree and pay rate. 

 

1. When an adjunct faculty obtains a higher degree, please email proof of the highest degree posted (e.g., unofficial transcript, diploma) to [email protected]

Note: Adjunct faculty should not sign contracts that contain incorrect information, (e.g., wrong highest degree). If a contract contains incorrect information, email [email protected]

 

2. Full time and adjunct faculty should also complete or submit updates to the appropriate form below. These forms help to accurately track faculty employee information for administrative and accreditation purposes. These form can be accessed and updated at any time.
