Changing Package Codes

If you sign up for the wrong package code, simply contact CastleBranch ask them to transfer your account to the correct package code.

*ELM students: Once you move to a post-licensure program, please contact CastleBranch and request that they move your account to the new program you are in (see package code above).

You may need to resubmit documents to the new package code requirements. You can use the "My Documents" section of your account when re-submitting the items, as a copy of anything already submitted to CastleBranch will be stored there.

CastleBranch does not guarantee the transfer of the items during moves. Those that move from sponsor to sponsor (AZ03 accounts to ZU08 accounts) will always be prompted to resubmit. The students can retrieve their previously submitted documents in their account under the "my documents" section and the folder corresponding to their previous tracker's name. They can use those items to resubmit directly from their account as needed.

Drug Screenings have different package codes. Please only sign up for the drug screening based on the site specific instructions and any instructions from your clinical placement coordinator or program manager.

BEAT THE RUSH AND SECURE YOUR FUTURE.

Make the smart move and upload your documents and requirements early to avoid potential delays and backups later in the season as more and more students do the same. Documents can take 7-10 business days to review. Re-reviewing new uploads can add an additional 7-10 business days. Please make sure to upload documents as soon as possible.

NO ONE’S PERFECT.

On average, one out of every four uploads is rejected at first for not meeting the hospital’s or school’s program requirements. So build in a buffer for yourself to adapt and respond.

SKIP THE PHONE QUEUE

If a document you uploaded gets rejected, don’t worry – there is an easy way to fix it without waiting in a call queue for customer support. For any item marked “Rejected,” simply click on the “+” sign next to the requirement to view helpful guidance and the recommended next steps.
