FAQs
- Why is a document blank even though a student uploaded it?
- This is a bug with CastleBranch where forms filled out electronically may sometimes appear blank. Students can take a screenshot of the form and upload it as a workaround.
- A student signed up for the wrong account, what should they do?
- They should be able to contact CastleBranch to ask for their account to be moved. If they say that CastleBranch needs administrator approval, then contact the Clinical Placement Manager who can contact CastleBranch for help.
