Where is the login button?
The login button is now located in the upper-right corner in a location consistent with industry best-practices.

Update 3/13/23: We have noticed a bug in the new release of TAMS where you cannot save notes added to section assignments. TAMS is currently working to resolve this issue.

New Feature Highlights
Seamless Movement between Academic Periods Watch the Video
We added the ability to work in different academic periods without impacting the active planning period or other users in the system. This new feature allows you to easily switch between periods, making it easy to do the work related to other periods without impacting the planning period that is currently active in TAMS.
Enhanced Scheduler Watch the Video
We added the ability to create, edit, or remove the date, time, and location for a section when working in the sections offered, section assignments screen. You can even perform this work within the create assignment modal when making a teaching assignment. This feature adds the most common preset values that reduce the number of clicks in scheduling a meeting by default.
Instructor Workload View
We added the ability to view the workload of an instructor by simply navigating to an instructor and selecting the icon on the left-hand side of the profile.
My Workload View Watch the Video
We added a single view for the instructor to view their workload including a summary by term, teaching assignments, and administrative assignments. These options can be configured and published based on the school’s specific requirements.
Instructor Report Builder Export Watch the Video
We added the ability to export the instructor report builder in a tabular format providing an easy to use interface that includes all the information about your instructors.
Section Assignments Screen Load Speed
We updated the section assignments screen to dramatically increase screen and data load performance, even with large numbers of sections and instructors.

Reporting Enhancements
Tabular instructor report export. Added the ability to export the instructors report builder to tabular or grouped formats.
Division column on teaching preferences report builder. Added the division column to the teaching preferences report builder report.
Division column on teaching assignments report builder. Added the division column to the teaching assignments report builder.
First name and last name columns on reports. Added the first name and last name columns to all reports with instructors to allow sorting by last name.
First name and last name columns in administrative assignments. Added the first name and last name columns to the administrative assignments screen.
Workgroup column in the instructor workload report. Added the section workgroup column to the instructor workload report.
Credentials column on teaching assignments report builder. Added the credentials column to the teaching assignments report builder report.
Sorting and Filtering
Sort order of workgroups is ascending by default in all filters. Set the default sort of workgroups to ascending in all filters.
Sort order of ranks is ascending by default in all filters. Set the default sort of ranks to ascending in all filters.
Sort order of sections in course offerings. Improved the ordering of sections in the course offering view by sorting the sections by term mode.
Filter for notes in sections offered. Added the ability to filter for section notes in the sections offered screen.
Filter when adding workgroup members to a workgroup. Added the ability to partially search and filter for a user’s name when adding members to a workgroup.
Scheduling
Schedule from the sections offered screen. Added the ability to schedule date, time, and location from sections offered screen.
Schedule from the section assignments screen. Added the ability to schedule date, time, and location from the section assignments screen.
Scheduler has changed to schedule and is read-only. Changed the scheduler view to read-only for printing or filtering.
Other Goodies
Increased speed when loading the section assignments screen. Improved the performance of the section assignments screen.
View general comments when making assignments. Added the ability to see the general comments of an instructor from the create assignments modal.
Move between periods without impacting the active period. Added the ability to work in different academic periods without impacting other users or the system's active workflow state.
Assign a user to schedule sections only. Added the ability to grant a user permission to create, edit, or remove the date, time, and location of information only.
Bug fixes. Resolved all documented bugs in this release.
