The following article will detail information about the Student/Faculty Recruitment Survival Pack. It will describe both the elements of the Student/Faculty Recruitment Survival Pack and how to pick up/return it. The following instructions will help you unpack and learn how to maximize your survival pack for the most return on investment. 

"What is the Student/Faculty Recruitment Survival Pack?"

• The Student/Faculty Recruitment Survival Pack is a prepackaged box of recruiting materials and equipment that allows for a staff/faculty member to set up a booth for any student or faculty recruitment event. 

Standard Marketing Booth Supplies:

• Basic Supplies
  • 1x - Eight-foot (clean) black tablecloth
  • 1x - Metal box with a two-foot table-top SON marketing kit. Includes marketing material and the stand. 
  • 1 Pack - Information Request cards. You must collect their name, email, and phone number. 
    • Bring the completed forms back to Operations. We will enter them into the system ASAP!
  • 2x - Plastic 8.5x11 inch table-top QR code for prospective students
    • Students who want to avoid writing on the information request cards can use their phones to enter their information digitally. The data is automatically sent to the Operations Team.
• Recruitment and or Marketing Supplies: The following items are for you to use at your discretion. They are intended to be free giveaways for interested students and either act as recruiting and/or marketing. Here are the items that we have from previous years. 
  • 1 Pack of APU SON Sticker Sheets
  • 1 Ziploc of pens, highlighters, two Post-it notes for messages, and three magnetic clips 
  • 3 Books From Beyond the Skies featuring our alumni Juli McGowan Boit and her international journey. This is great for students who may be interested in studying abroad. 
  • 1 Ziploc of six stress squeeze cougars
  • 1 Bag of candy
• Specific giveaways: The following items are for you to use at your discretion. They are intended to be free giveaways for interested students. Here are the items that we have from previous years. 
  • 1 Ziploc of credit card sanitizer spray 
  • 3/4 Ziploc bag of fidget spinner highlighters
  • 2 Ziploc bags of tissue
• Partner and Misc. Elements:
  • 2x - Thank you boxes - Wireless phone charger. Please use these to thank community members or folks we want to thank but are not potential students. 
  • 1x - Plastic bag to bring back stuff from other vendors that we should consider buying and using
  • 2x - Mini Backpacks. Please use these to thank community members or folks we want to thank but are not potential students.
