Clinical Assignments

For prelicensure students, your program administrators may assign you to a clinical group once clinical facility confirmations are received from our clinical partners. Once you are notified of your clinical placement site, your next step is to self-enroll in your program's clinical onboarding Canvas course and follow the directions for getting the onboarding paperwork for your assigned facility. 

1. What if a student accidentally adds themselves to the wrong course?

The student can log in to the shell that they accidentally enrolled in and drop the course by clicking on the "X Drop this Course" button that is on the right side of the home page within the shell (see picture below). 
 
IMT can also drop them if you provide them with the name of the student and the URL of the Canvas course.
