Create Your Faculty Clinical Compliance Account

All adjunct faculty and faculty should only complete the following clinical activity requirements unless your supervisor has permitted you to bypass this step.

Those that teach in San Diego should follow Option 2. All other locations should complete Option 1. 

Requirement:

  • You must have an APU employee account with an APU email address. 

Option 1:

For the following campuses, Azusa, Monrovia, Inland Empire, and High Desert, please Create a Castlebranch Account

Complete and upload the following immunization requirements:

Option 2:

San Diego faculty, create an account for American Databank/Complio Account
