The purpose of this procedure is to explain how to install the Google Extension which allows for seamless integration of Zoom Video instead of Google Meet Video. This is the recommendation from the SON Operations Team.

Procedure:

1. Access Zoom for G Suite
2. Press the Install Link/Button
3. Follow the installation prompts

How to Use

1. Open Google Calendar
2. Schedule the Event, add participants, location, etc. 
3. Click on the down arrow
   1. 
4. Select Zoom
   1. Zoom will automatically set up the meeting and add the correct links. 
5. Change Zoom Meeting settings
   1. Click the blue video button on far right side of screen
   2. A drop down menu of options will appearshow
   3. After changes, press save at the top
6. Save meeting to ensure all changes are saved and sent to participants.
