Any APU Employee (Including student employees) has access to the Azusa Pacific University Employee Directory. Inside the directory, you can look up employees by name, position title, department, and id number. Each employee will show name, phone extension, reporting structure, ID#, work email, department (dean/vp), job title (staff/faculty), supervisor, and HR business partner. 

Prerequisite:

• Must be an employee such as a student, faculty, or staff and able to login to home.apu.edu

How to find an employee:

1. Go to APU's Total Access
   • https://hrtotalaccess.apu.edu/
2. On the home page, main content area, look for Azusa Pacific University Employee Directory.

3. Enter one of the search fields and click on the button, Search Employees

4. Review the data showing. It may look like this below.
